The only complaint I have is that there aren't more doctors like Dr. Filip to help lighten her load so that wait times might not be as long for new patients. That's all.

Dr. Filip is highly professional and genuinely warm and caring. I am very glad to see her with students. More physicians like her is exactly what the world needs.

Dr. Filip was, as always, great. She answered all of my questions, addressed several concerns that I had, and we had a very productive conversation about the continuation of my medical care.

Overall very good! I go to Dr. Filip's office for gender affirming care, and she is fantastic with being affirming and ensuring that I am addressed properly during visits and get great care. I did get called by my legal name rather than my preferred name on the way into the appointment (e.g. at check in). The employees who used my legal name were still kind and courteous, I think they just did not know to check for a preferred name. It would be very helpful if other employees could be trained in using preferred names to address patients, and to only use legal names on billing forms. Thanks!
