Experience is comfortable and not scary

From the moment we walked in with in a wheelchair. The staff was amazing. They helped me with, with wheelchair problem. When we saw Dr. Harad he welcomed us . He was very clear with me explaining how an aneurysm Works. He explained that there was no change in the size of the aneurysm and that he would update the portal. So that we would not have to come back on a regular basis. He felt he was doing the best he could

I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly everything went. Dr. was very forthcoming with information about my condition and what we could do about it. He said we would follow it up in a year to see if anything has changed. At the moment he's just watching the condition to make sure it doesn't get worse as I said, I'm very pleased.

What I liked about my visit as I explained to the nurse that I was depressed that day. I like the way the doctor, call me back to see if I was okay. And that's never happened. Since I've been to any doctor and I just wish that he could be awarded for what he did for me cause that was a day that I was really depressed. So I thank you and I thank, I go to him.

The doctor didn't seem like he knew anything about my condition, he made it seemed like I was wasting my time because there was nothing wrong with me, but if that is the case why was I sent to him? He didn't explain to me what I need it to know and he was kind of rude and upset that my doctor send me to see him, like he didn't think I should be there. I didn't like him at all.
